君恋ふる 涙しなくは 唐衣(ｶﾗｺﾛﾓ) 胸のあたりは 色もえなまし

Had I not loved you,
And missed you, deeply,
Shedding tears of love for you,
My clothing around the chest, simply,
Would have been burning red, violently.

あなたに恋し流す涙がなければ、衣の胸のあたりは、赤く燃え上がっていただろうに。

Had I not loved and missed you, shedding tears of love, my clothing around the chest would have been burning red.
